To apply the beard, first clean the skin with soap and water, alcohol, or astringent to remove any oils. Brush on a thin layer of the professional Spirit Gum adhesive that is included in the package. Allow the adhesive to become tacky for about 20-30 seconds before pressing the hair piece onto it, with the lace side facing the skin. Hold it in place for a few seconds to ensure a secure bond. The theatrical hair piece can be carefully removed and re-used. To remove the Spirit Gum, use baby oil on a q-tip.
